About our Touring Pitches
Fifty touring pitches are laid out in three landscaped areas. The lower circle is overlooking or close to the ponds and the upper circles are nearer to the play park. Each touring pitch is concrete hard stand with individual electric, water and drainage hook-ups and is large enough to park a car beside the caravan. Dogs are very welcome at Ballyness.
Bookings for 2027 will open on Tuesday, the 1st of September, at 9:00, am. The 2027 calendar is turned on remotely, and sometimes does not allways go live exactly 9 am. Make sure to keep refreshing the page around 9 am until you are able to see availability for 2027. We are also taking bookings over the phone from then. However, we can only take one phone call at a time to secure dates, it is best done online.
Due to rising running costs, our base touring rate for 2027 will be £38/night for 2 adults on a fully serviced hard-standing pitch, — up £3 from this year’s £35. All other charges (awning, additional persons) stay the same.
It’s a bigger rise than we’d like, but it’s needed to keep the park at the standard you expect.
To put it in context: over a 5-night stay, that’s an extra £15 to you. Of that, around £2.50 is VAT, and roughly £4.20 covers the rise in our electricity costs. That leaves around £8.30 of the £15 actually reaching us, which goes towards the other rising costs we’ve faced this year.

Day visitors are welcome onto the caravan park, however, if they are staying overnight a charge for additional persons will be made

The modern, centrally located and heated amenity building is designed in the style of an traditional cottage, inside you will find:
